Isa Te Koeti has delivered over 20 construction projects for Home Construction on time and within budget, specialising in multi-unit residential developments.
She's skilled in high-density builds, commercial conversions, and diverse residential types, pre-construction planning, contractor coordination, and site optimisation, combining strategic oversight with practical problem-solving, strong communication, and a proven ability to work under pressure at every stage of the build.
Before joining Home Construction, Isa owned and ran her own residential development company for over a decade, buying and subdividing sites, and delivering multi-unit townhouse blocks and top-end architectural homes across the Waikato from consent through to sale, experience that gave her a ground-up understanding of every stage of the build.
Isa holds an LBP Site 2 Project Management qualification, a credential she's particularly proud of given how highly it's respected across the industry.
Outside of work, Isa is a keen traveller and outdoors enthusiast (she's tramped and mountain biked across New Zealand and travelled through India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, the USA, and beyond) and values time spent with family and friends above all.
