Our team recently completed, and welcomed families into, this new 84-home community in Riccarton, Ōtautahi. This 84-home development is built to a the Homestar 6 standard—, ensuring better thermal efficiency and sustainable building practices to creating warm, secure and dry housing and —offerings a strong foundation for another flourishing community.

Home recently completed our first Velocity Project, a 3 home development where each unit has been universally designed with level entry patios for complete accessibility for all. Our team and build partners worked incredibly hard to get this project completed in under 100 days.

Home Construction took a section in Riccarton, Christchurch and converted it from an old single dwelling to four, single bedroom, light, bright, well insulated and low maintenance age-friendly homes within walking distance of the Riccarton mall and town centre. These homes made a great 2017 Christmas present for the occupiers.

Rebuilding a beautiful piece of architecture and important place of worship for the Christchurch community, we worked closely with Arrow International on the foundation and concrete work components to this complex and highly innovative church rebuild.

 

Home Construction was responsible for the full redevelopment of this site. This involved all stages of the resource and building consent process, design, civils, and construction. This home has been built as a fully accessible home for families which require assisted living. Built to Homestar energy principles, this home serves the needs of a special and deserving family.
 

The New Zealand Government committed to building thousands of new state homes. We were proud to be selected to deliver a significant portion of these homes under the Governments Regional Housing Programme (RHP).

Over 4,000 tonnes of rock and a sizeable chunk of Mt. Wellington were removed to make way for this brand new 37-home community in Mt. Wellington. Built on rock solid foundations, a mixture of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom family homes—including a number of fully accessible homes—create a vibrant community that will serve generations to come. The range of housing has supported a significant diversity of families and created a rich vitality within the local community.

Our Wellington team has fully refurbished this 12-home apartment block in Petone, Lower Hutt. The apartment complex was fully stripped back and rebuilt to warm and modern standards. A truly transformational journey.
