Jacques Doubell brings over 10 years' construction industry experience across both client and contracting positions to Home Construction's commercial function.
Originally from South Africa, his background is in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics, giving him a well-rounded view of projects from both sides of the table. He leads Home Construction's QS delivery teams, overseeing procurement strategy, tender management, and contract negotiation to ensure projects meet financial and reporting expectations while maintaining strong team collaboration.
Jacques holds an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and a BSc in Construction Economics.
