Nathan Turner

Senior Project Manager

Nathan Turner

Nathan Turner has delivered high-end residential and commercial builds worth up to $30 million across New Zealand and Central London, and now leads end-to-end project delivery for Home Construction as Senior Project Manager.

A qualified carpenter with more than 20 years in the industry, Nathan started out on the tools in Auckland. He led a 10-strong crew on the Wiri Prison project for Fletchers Construction and re-clad leaking apartment blocks of up to 90 units. He moved into site management in Queenstown and then London, where he led the £20 million refurbishment of a 200-year-old home in Belgravia. Back in New Zealand, he managed a large-scale commercial development at Coronet Peak before moving into project management with LT McGuinness and Cook Brothers Construction. Since joining Home Construction, he has managed projects ranging from multi-unit residential builds to a $150 million 12-storey apartment building in Auckland.

As Senior Project Manager, Nathan oversees end-to-end project delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring strict health, safety, and quality compliance, relying on proactive communication with clients and architects and modern software to generate critical path programmes and keep workflows organised and transparent.

Outside of work, Nathan has completed the Ironman 70.3 in Taupō, and loves getting off the grid into the New Zealand wilderness for hiking and hunting in the hills. Most importantly, he loves spending weekends with his wife, Dayna, and their two young children.
