Project Coordinator Olivia O'Neill acts as the organisational hub for Home Construction's Auckland projects, keeping project managers, health and safety, and delivery teams aligned and on schedule.
She brings a background in architecture to the role, supporting project managers and the delivery team to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. One highlight has been her involvement in a holiday home project in Pataua North, where she helped incorporate recycled building materials sourced from across New Zealand, from 40-foot shipping containers to kitchen benchtops, into the design.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Future Environments from Auckland University of Technology, with a minor in space, image, and sound within Architecture, and studied Te Aranga Māori design principles.
