Pete Ansell

Pete Ansell runs commercial building sites specialising in concrete structures for Home Construction, an area the company is building new capability in, backed by his almost two decades in the industry.

Over more than six years as Senior Site Manager at Build Partners, where he led teams of up to 30 across multiple Kāinga Ora developments worth as much as $28 million, and in earlier site management roles at Precision Construction and Fletcher Living, Pete has overseen commercial and residential builds across Auckland, most recently completing the civil works and concrete structure at 11 Te Atatū Road. Each day starts early. By 7am he's on site coordinating trade partners, keeping the programme on track, and holding quality and safety to standard across every stage of the build.

Pete is a Licensed Building Practitioner with more than 15 years' LBP experience and strong site and project management capability, using tools including Microsoft Project, Procore, and Aconex to keep complex sites organised and on track.

Outside of work, Pete is usually out on the water or in the outdoors, boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and motorcycling.
