Rachel Jiang is a Quantity Surveyor for Home Construction. She manages the budgets, procurement, and timelines that keep Home Construction's projects on track from planning through to handover.
With four years' experience in the construction industry, she oversees costs and collaborates with contractors, consultants, and project teams, also supporting tendering and contract administration across a range of residential project scales and typologies, from multi-unit developments to affordable and community housing.
Rachel holds a Diploma in Construction (Quantity Surveying), a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering, and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNZIQS).
She's proud to have grown from intern to confident Quantity Surveyor, supported by her Home Construction team, and finds real satisfaction in work that helps build healthy, safe, and sustainable communities.
