Project Coordinator Rosie Mani has spent the past five years coordinating Home Construction's residential builds, managing complex construction schedules and keeping projects compliant with specifications and timelines.
With 10 years' experience in the construction industry, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle, with particular strengths in communication, risk management, and coordinating stakeholders through to successful delivery. Known as a champion coordinator, Rosie is valued for her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Rosie loves quality time with her family, whether that’s a fun day at the park or the beach with her daughter. Weekends are for relaxing with a good movie or doing a bit of gardening, and she loves catching up with family and friends, especially when the All Blacks are playing. For Rosie, there’s nothing better than good company, plenty of laughter, and cheering on the team.
