Scott Philip keeps Home Construction's sites safe, working closely with site teams and Build Partners to raise safety standards across every project.
With over 25 years' experience in the construction industry, including more than seven years specialising in health and safety leadership, he develops Site Specific Safety Plans, delivers training, reviews partner safety plans, and conducts inspections, helping Build Partners improve their health and safety understanding along the way.
Scott's experience includes a year as H&S Lead at Mike Greer, overseeing subcontractor safety, audits, investigations, and reporting, and three and a half years as H&S Manager at Fletcher Living, leading safety management across multiple sites and improving engagement and reporting standards.
Scott holds a BSc in Building, Engineering & Management, an HND in Civil Engineering, and a Site Safe Certificate in Safety Management.
He's proud of transforming a previously underperforming branch's safety culture into a company-wide benchmark, securing buy-in and introducing practical initiatives that demonstrated his expertise and leadership.
