Community & Public Sector Projects
People are at the heart of what we do, and we take pride in delivering spaces that strengthen communities and foster connection. Our work spans a wide range of community-focused projects, including churches, campgrounds, and multi-use hubs. These projects often involve unique design briefs, complex service coordination, and close collaboration with stakeholders. With strong in-house expertise, we tailor our approach to meet each project's functional, cultural, and long-term community needs. We also support local initiatives such as the Hoops in Schools programme, which aligns with our commitment to wellbeing and social impact. We apply the same care and capability to public sector housing and infrastructure. With over 1,500 homes delivered for Kāinga Ora, we are well-versed in government procurement processes and compliance requirements, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable housing at scale. Whether building homes or civic spaces, we focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for people and communities.
Projects Delivered
The New Zealand Government committed to building thousands of new state homes. We were proud to be selected to deliver a significant portion of these homes under the Governments Regional Housing Programme (RHP).

We completed 10 transitional houses for our clients Housing New Zealand and Ministry of Social Development. The entire development was completed in 17 weeks, and will serve the local Napier community well. We are incredibly thankful to the local Atkin Construction team for their assistance.

We were engaged by Housing New Zealand to develop a piece of existing land into 6 transitional homes for the Salvation Army. Working alongside Keith Hay homes, we constructed six family homes off-site, and then transported these pre-built homes to their lots. To complete the project, we connected each home to upgraded services and infrastructure, and completed all landscaping and finishing work.

We're very proud to announce that The Residences at Karamū, was awarded Excellence and Best in Category for the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities 'Community and Affordable Housing Property Award'. Property Council Chief Executive Leonie Freeman said, “Housing in New Zealand is in crisis, but this project proves that a developer that is passionate about their purpose, and who works in partnership with key organisations can truly make a difference to those in need. The result is a sophisticated, scalable model that will continue to evolve and serve its community over time."
