Through close collaboration with partners like Kāinga Maha and trusted consultants—planners, surveyors, and civil contractors—we streamline early-stage decisions and ensure a coordinated approach throughout. Our experience includes complex land remediation, contaminated sites, and challenging ground conditions, including retaining structures over 3 metres high. By working closely with build partners, we balance civil and building works to find the most cost-effective platform solutions. Our in-depth knowledge of local authority requirements, consenting, and infrastructure coordination helps reduce risk and ensure smooth, efficient project delivery.
Projects Delivered
We have partnered with Kāinga Maha to unlock land and ensure we are developing communities not just houses. When it comes to unlocking the potential of land for the benefit of all, we need to work in genuine partnership with landowners, iwi, housing providers and funders. More than that, it requires Kaitiakitanga, a recognition that we are stewards, not just of the land, but of the people and communities who will live on the land for generations to come.
