Our approach is backed by strong health and safety systems (SiteWise Gold and IMPAC qualified), well-staged programmes, and a national supply chain that enables efficient delivery across the motu. Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) helps us tailor methodologies, apply value engineering, and align with sustainability goals. Community engagement is key— each project includes a procurement plan that supports local suppliers and reinvestment. Our connection continues beyond construction, through initiatives like supporting the New Brighton Food Bank and hosting community events at Karamu. This holistic approach ensures our developments are not only high-performing, but also deeply integrated into the communities they serve.
Projects Delivered
A successful project 84 high-quality homes rated Homestar 6 and 7. The Karamu development exemplifies our commitment to sustainable, community-focused housing at scale. Despite the challenges with supplies and staff isolating, our delivery team and build partners did a phenomenal job completing these special homes.
