Do you have an in-house design team?

No, but we have strong relationships with a broad range of experts to assist us. We can procure the best design services for your project and negotiate prices. Alternatively, we can work with your existing design team and take over leadership of the team when we come on board as your contracting partner.

How do you procure services?

Home Construction is focused on procuring a great solution for every project. We work hard and maintain extensive networks to ensure we can find the best partners for the project. Instead of looking for the cheapest, we find the best match, as experience has shown us this is the only way to get the best results on time and on budget.

Do you self-perform the trades?

Yes, in Christchurch we have a carpentry team, and we have direct connections with painters, builders and other trades. In Auckland and other major centres, we’ve found using our network results in a more cost-effective approach, as we can scale up or scale down the team according to each project’s needs.
