Marvin leads operational project delivery across Home Construction's North Island builds, keeping projects on time, within budget, and to standard.
He brings a strong foundation in construction management, a Master's in Engineering Project Management, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and registration as a Licensed Building Practitioner, with particular strengths in project planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
Marvin's career spans software engineering, Oil & Gas, and now construction, a background that gives him a structured, analytical approach to programme delivery. He started at Home Construction as an intern and has since progressed through project coordination, project engineering, and project delivery lead roles on his way to Operations Manager (North Island).
Marvin enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, identifying challenges early and working with clients and stakeholders on practical solutions, and takes pride in how far that progression has taken him, building deep role knowledge and leadership skills along the way.
Outside of work, Marvin loves playing sport, mostly football and cricket, and keeps his weekends for family, whether that’s a long drive and a picnic, or settling in for a movie. Since moving to New Zealand he has become something of a foodie, always on the hunt for spots that capture the Indian flavours he grew up with.
